Christer Johansson

Founder / CEO

Christer Johansson founded Protelo in 2008 after nearly 20 years of experience in the software industry. He started his career as a hands-on technical consultant. Over time, his technical skills, business acumen, and leadership ability elevated him to an executive position of a leading global enterprise-class software company. Under Christer’s leadership, Protelo has been successful at building a team of highly skilled and experienced technology consultants.

Prior to starting Protelo, Christer worked for International Business Systems (IBS) where he served in several positions. His areas of expertise encompass extensive technical know-how, business application design and development, project and people management, business consulting, and more. He also has significant hands-on experience of leading and/or participating in enterprise software implementations. Christer is highly proficient with Java EE, HTML, ILE RPG, NetSuite (ERP, CRM, Advanced Projects, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, Microsoft Exchange Integration), and IBS ASW Enterprise.

Tom Victor

President

As the President of Protelo, Tom oversees operations, sales, marketing, and professional services. He offers valuable expertise that includes more than 25 years of supply chain management experience in senior-level consulting and management roles in software implementations and project management. Tom has led many successful large and complex projects while performing hands-on analysis and refinement of business requirements, best practices, configuration of distribution and manufacturing systems, facilitation, and execution of end-user training. Over the years, he’s helped many customers get the most out of their NetSuite and/or IBS investment.

Tom’s business process expertise includes: NetSuite ERP and Iptor (demand and supply planning, purchasing, and warehouse management); NetSuite manufacturing and IBS manufacturing/MRP (workload planning/scheduling, operations reporting, receiving, costing, and analysis); NetSuite CRM (sales order management, sales force automation, marketing automation, and email/calendar integration); and BI / analytics. He has vast industry experience including pharmaceuticals distribution, medical devices distribution, food distribution and manufacturing, ecommerce, and a wide array of industries with distribution and manufacturing requirements. As far as software experience goes, he has in-depth knowledge of various enterprise-class products including NetSuite, IBS ASW/Enterprise, Sugar CRM, and JBA.

Prior to Protelo, Tom worked for International Business Systems (IBS) and Nugget Distributors (now UniPro), and he held key IT, material, and program management positions within the IT department of the US Air Force. Tom holds an MS in Industrial Distribution / Technology from the University of Texas at Tyler.

Aimee Aguilar

Chief Financial Officer

Over the past 25 years, Aimee has acquired a wide array of financial and management experience that she brings to Protelo. She spent most of her career in the software industry and has worked for companies ranging from startups to global corporations in the private, non-profit, and government sectors.

Aimee is responsible for all financial functions for the company, manages human resources, and oversees contracts, partnerships and legal matters. She enjoys working behind the scenes to provide financial and administrative support to the organization.

Before joining Protelo, Aimee worked for International Business Systems (IBS) serving as CFO of the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions. Aimee holds an MBA and bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Outside of work, Aimee enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children.

Karah Finan

Director of Business Development

Karah relocated from New York City to join the Protelo team in California and lead marketing efforts, bringing with her more than seven years of experience in the industry. Always on the cusp of new marketing trends, Karah believes in taking a hands-on role in modern marketing to position Protelo as the trusted industry leader the company has grown to be.

Karah is a passionate, results-driven B2B marketing leader. She is self-described as one-part creative, one-part data driven, and one-part marketing geek. Karah takes pride in developing innovative multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue and reach new prospects.

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Public Relations, Karah began her career working for partners of NetSuite and IBM. She moved on to a technology agency that served clients such as HBO, Food Network, and CBS. Most recently, Karah oversaw the marketing operations for a top-tier Magento partner in Manhattan.

Outside of Protelo, Karah enjoys hiking with her Basset Hound Bird and getting to know the beautiful Northern California area.

Eddie Atter

Director of Technology

Affiliated with Protelo since 2015 and currently serving as Director of Technology, Eddie is responsible for the design and implementation of various software strategies and solutions. He possesses an in depth knowledge of software development with previous experience in mobile applications, web design, and information technology. His far reaching skill set includes Netsuite (SuiteScript and SuiteFlow), JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Node.js, Django, Python, C, C++, CUDA, x86 Assembly, OCaml, Docker, Bash, Linux, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Android, Kotlin, ActionScript, Cassandra, and TypeScript.

Eddie maintains a driving propensity toward learning coupled with a unique capacity for rapid understanding of new concepts. Thriving on challenges and a "whatever it takes" mindset enables him to deliver the highest level of expertise and professionalism to Protelo’s clients.

As a University of Pennsylvania alumnus, Eddie holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Computer Science with a Data Science minor. Moreover, his affinity for economics prompted him to seek extensive financial insight and marketing tactics from the Wharton School of Business.

When not consumed by 1’s and 0's, Eddie enjoys water skiing and snow skiing. He has a passion for aerial robotics and flying his handcrafted quadcopter. You can frequently find him attending a Philadelphia Philharmonic performance or exploring the MOMA in New York City.

Paulo Silva

Country Manager

Paulo offers Protelo over 25 years of knowledge and experience in the IT industry. As manager of his team in Portugal, he believes strongly in leading by example. Enthusiastic and dedicated to technology applied to business processes, he aims to pass on his passion by working closely alongside his team.

Paulo started his career as a programmer in a start-up company. As he proved himself as driven and capable, he assumed new roles and more responsibility. Rising from analyst to consultant to manager, he ultimately became a partner in the company.

Prior to joining Protelo, Paulo worked for IBS in Portugal and other regions of Europe. He managed different teams of developers, consultants, and project managers in countries including Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Brazil. He was involved in both local and international projects in the areas of distribution, manufacturing, finance, and administration. His experience in software packages includes among others NetSuite, IBS ASW and Enterprise, and Salesforce.com.

Paulo speaks five languages and is fluent in three. He holds a BsC in Electronics from Lisbon University in Portugal and a MsC in Information Systems Management from the University of Liverpool in the UK.

Roger Rolf

Manager of Professional Services & Customer Success

Roger offers a career of more than 25 years in the IT industry. His expertise has been developed through his highly valued experience in project management, software implementations, integrations, customer training, and pilot workshops in both technical and business-application roles.

As Project Manager, Roger works faithfully with customers to improve their business processes, increase their efficiency, and keep them updated with 21st-century solutions. He’s proven instrumental in both the design and implementation of technical solutions required to meet clients’ unique needs.

His business-area experience includes distribution, inventory management, pricing models, cash management for payment cards, logistics, and shipping solutions. He’s recently worked on NetSuite and cloud-solution integration with major providers like CyberSource, Chase Payment Tech for payment cards, and Avalara AvaTax for sales tax. He is also extremely well versed in the complexities of data conversion having led many successful data-conversion projects.

Roger has wide experience in several technologies, programming languages, and platforms including: Java, iSeries RPG/CL ILE, DB2, SQL, JSP, Servlets, SOAP, EDI, Data Conversion, XML, JSon, Web Services, and Tomcat.

Prior to joining Protelo, Roger worked many years at International Business Systems (IBS) in the United States and Europe.

Ryszard Malinowski

Senior Technology Consultant

Whether it be legacy or cutting-edge technology, Ryszard has the rare ability to learn and understand any software. His 30+ years of hands-on experience in the IT industry designing, developing, and implementing software give him a unique perspective on programming. To Ryszard, programming is nothing but a combination of zeros and ones, so there’s no such thing as an impossible task.

Prior to joining Protelo, Ryszard worked as a consultant for IBM Poland focusing on IBM software localization and implementation. He then transitioned and spent several years in both the US and Europe working for IBS with ASW and Enterprise. He has extensive experience in development, localization, implementation, EDI, document processing (JetForm), and software development control (Aldon). His wide experience of technologies on hardware and software platforms includes: Windows, iSeries, NetSuite, ILE RPG, PHP, Java, JavaScript, C#.Net, DB2, and MYSQL. Ryszard “speaks” fluently more than 15 programming languages from low-level machine binary code to object-oriented programming.

Nersi Pouya

PMP, Senior Business Consultant

More than 25 years of supply chain management experience in ERP distribution and manufacturing implementations gives Nersi a unique combination of business process and technical expertise. His experience with project management, end-user training, distribution, and best business practices has proven highly valuable for implementations of all sizes.

Nersi’s clients benefit greatly from his vast business process knowledge (sales, warehousing, radio frequency, manufacturing, procurement) and his expertise in industries of all kinds (electronics, automotive, industrial supplies, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer packaged goods). His technical know-how has proven invaluable in reducing the cost of software changes and process improvements. His experience in software packages includes NetSuite, IBS ASW and Enterprise, JD Edwards, and Salesforce.com.

Before joining Protelo, Nersi worked for International Business Systems (IBS) where he served in many consulting and project management positions. Prior to IBS, he worked several years in the distribution and retail industries. Nersi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering.

Rachel Groves

Senior Digital & Design Marketing Specialist

With 15 years of design experience, Rachel provides Protelo her skill and natural talent for all visual communication. She is a marketer with professional expertise in strategy, branding, advertisements, social media management, website development, and the creative process. Rachel is extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage time and resources for both internal and client projects.

Before joining Protelo, Rachel worked as a designer for a wide variety of businesses including Folsom Asset Management Inc., Summer Management LLC, Eres Rice Communications, SunHills Community Church, and more. Her designs have been used for published book covers, magazines, printed advertisements, band logos, and web branding.

Rachel’s technical proficiencies include Adobe Creative Suite, NetSuite, Hubspot, Acrobat, WordPress, and HTML. She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Graphic Design from California State University Sacramento.

Claes Johansson

Senior Business Consultant

Claes comes to Protelo with over 25 years of experience working on software solutions for distribution and manufacturing companies in industries such as Beverage (Wine & Liquor) distribution, Pharmaceutical, Medical supplies, Plastics, Paper, Electronic components and Automotive.

Claes began his career with International Business Systems (now known as Iptor) where he worked for nearly 20 years. Claes was a software consultant and developer in Sweden for the first few years before transferring to the US office. In the US, he was a technical lead helping customers implement the ASW software. Claes handled functional and technical design, data conversion, functional and technical training, and naturally, development.

Prior to joining Protelo, Claes served as IT Director at PEI Genesis where he led a team of developers responsible for developing software solutions to solve the ever-growing business needs within ASW and NetStore. With application areas of expertise that include sales and purchase order processing, warehouse management, financials and EDI, Claes is yet another valuable resource Protelo can deliver to service its clients.

Mike Miller

Senior Technology Consultant

Approaching 25 years in the IT industry, Mike has vast experience in the design, development, and implementation of complex ERP software solutions. His experience in distribution, financials, and ecommerce crosses a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, automotive aftermarket, appliance, food, consumer goods, and industrial supply. Tenacious and dedicated, Mike is always willing to take on any challenge with a “never ever give up” attitude.

Prior to Protelo, Mike spent much of his professional career working for International Business Systems (IBS) as a solutions architect with ASW and Enterprise. During his tenure, Mike fulfilled many roles including R&D, consulting, training, and support. He was also the primary resource for implementing ecommerce solutions that involved Netstore, the Java-based web application for IBS Enterprise. Mike has extensive experience in several technologies and platforms including iSeries, Windows, ILE RPG, Java EE, Javascript, HTML, Apache Tomcat, SmallTalk, and NetSuite (SuiteCommerce Advanced).

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Luis Meleiro

Senior Technology Consultant

Since starting his career with a large, multinational manufacturing company, Luis has accumulated almost 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He’s worked on numerous projects of high complexity and is very proficient in the design, development, and implementation of ERP solutions for numerous manufacturing and distribution industries including automotive, pharmaceutical, wood transformation, electronics, packaging, appliances, food, beverage, and consumer goods.

Prior to joining the team at Protelo, Luis worked for International Business Systems (IBS) both in Europe and the US. His areas of involvement there included consulting, product management, sales support, solutions architecture, and development. He fulfilled crucial roles as designer, team leader, and manager in projects resulting in the technological evolution and expansion of the IBS product family.

Luis has extensive experience in several technologies and platforms including iSeries, Windows, ILE RPG, IBS Integrator, Java, NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow), and HTML. His goal for excellence makes him persistent and focused, never turning away from a challenge.

Carin Young

Senior Business Consultant

Carin offers Protelo and her clients over 25 years of distribution management and supply chain technology experience. Beginning her professional career working for a Fortune 100 food manufacturing and distribution company, she’s carried out important roles from the start including production manager, customer service manager, operations manager, and distribution center manager.

For the past 15 years, she’s been working as a software and business process consultant designing and configuring ERP solutions including ASW and IBS Enterprise. She’s led many successful ERP implementation projects with both hands-on and leadership roles for wholesale distributors and manufacturers. Specific industries include pharmaceutical, retail goods, automotive aftermarket, and paper products. She’s also been able to expand her software repertoire with several years of daily NetSuite use.

Carin always provides unique, valuable perspective with clients thanks to her combined experience in distribution/manufacturing management and software consulting.

Filipa Silva

Senior Technical Consultant

Filipa has almost 10 years of experience in the distribution software industry. She’s held different roles in both analysis and development, and has also had significant involvement in functional and quality testing of software solutions with a focus on quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Filipa is knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to software development control (Aldon), Windows, iSeries, ILE RPG, and ASW/IBS. She also has some knowledge of Java. She’s worked on multi-task and international teams on several national and international projects.

Prior to joining Protelo, Filipa worked for IBS in Portugal as a technical consultant working with ASW/IBS Enterprise. She spent her years there in the development of customized software solutions and ERP solutions, customer support, and error corrections.

Filipa holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from The Faculty of Science, Oporto University.

Pedro Lopes

Senior Technical Consultant

Pedro has over 12 years of experience as an analyst and developer. His expertise is in distribution having worked with customers in a wide variety of industries. His hands-on working experience in such a broad spectrum of industries (including pharmaceutical, automotive, bookstore, appliance, and food) give him unique insight and understanding into diverse customer needs.

Prior to joining Protelo, Pedro spent more than six years at International Business Systems (IBS) as a technical consultant of IBS Enterprise / ASW. He then continued to build his skills working another five years as an analyst for a Portuguese IT company. His experience here included deep involvement in several legal developments.

Pedro has a degree in Computer Science from Faculdade de Ciências de Lisboa.

Ana Santos

Senior Technical Consultant

From design and development to software implementation, Ana has been well prepared for her position with Protelo through her 15 years of hands-on experience in the IT industry.

She started her career in Portugal with International Business Systems (IBS). Working there for several years with ASW and Enterprise, she took part in many projects in various distribution industries (books, automotive, supermarket, appliances, and others).

Ana later worked for a Portuguese IT company where she was named technical lead of its most important client, a major book company in Portugal using ASW. She worked on projects in the back office and warehouse management areas of that corporation.

Ana has experience with EDI, document processing (JetForm), and software development control (Aldon). She’s vastly knowledgeable regarding technologies and platforms including Windows, iSeries, ILE RPG, Java, DB2, CoolPlex, SQL Server, and MySQL. She has a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico of Lisbon.

Richard Hardwick

Senior Business Consultant

Richard has over 30 years of experience in accounting and accounting systems. Most recently, Richard has focused on complex ERP software implementations of IBS Enterprise, NetSuite and the development of interfaces into ASW and IBS Enterprise. From financial accounting to designing interfaces, Richard combines technical knowledge with financial acumen to provide complete solutions.

Prior to Protelo, Richard worked for IBS as a financial systems consultant and later as a senior business consultant, working extensively with ASW and IBS Enterprise. Before this, he worked for five years at Union Bank implementing multi-currency software systems in multiple countries, and at Montgomery Securities supporting the fast-paced processing of trades and settlements.

The other 12 years of his career, Richard was in England providing business solutions for European banks. He shifted from development in RPG to business analysis and focused on the rich and challenging world of finance.

Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Nottingham University, England.

Jon Lauber

Senior Business Consultant

Jon suits up with over 25 years of distribution management and supply chain technology experience. He began his career working for a wholesale distributor and was part of the team that led the very first implementation of IBS Enterprise (ASW) in the US. He later went on to work for IBS and, as a result, brings a wealth of knowledge of each release of the software with him to Protelo.

For the past 10 years, Jon has been working as a software and business process consultant designing and configuring ERP solutions. Additionally, he’s led many successful ERP implementation projects with both hands-on and leadership roles for wholesale distributors and manufacturers. Specific industries include pharmaceutical, retail goods, automotive aftermarket, and paper products.

His vast experience in distribution/manufacturing management and software consulting combine to give him unique, valuable perspective with clients.

John Costello

Account Manager

John Costello was born and raised in the Sacramento region. He has over 30 years of sales experience as an outside sales representative. In every job across Northern California, he has learned to build, and maintain, vital clientele for important stakeholders. He uses his natural people skills, great communication, and genuine customer service, to build lasting relationships with people all over the country. In John’s spare time, he enjoys watching baseball and spending time with his wife, daughter, and adorable dog.

Travis Perkins

Senior Business Consultant

Travis comes with 20 years of experience in implementing enterprise software and integrating business applications. His expertise encompasses extensive technical know-how, leadership ability, business integration design, project and people management. Travis also has significant hands-on experience in leading and participating in enterprise software implementations across multiple industries such as steel, technology infrastructure, electronics manufacturing, software development and professional services.

Travis has helped numerous businesses become more efficient and competitive by leveraging the unique capabilities of ERP and CRM. He provides in-depth understanding of NetSuite, cloud computing and SaaS, ultimately bridging business processes with the technical complexities of enterprise software.

Travis has successfully led and managed complex software projects for companies from start-up level to Fortune 500. His background in designing, configuring ERP and integrating solutions gives him a valuable perspective that communicates well with clients.

Brianne Fausto

Senior Business Consultant

Brianne comes with 7 + years of manufacturing experience and business system process improvement and development. She has held the titles of operations manager, administrative officer and business systems analyst in her professional years. Prior to joining Protelo, Brianne worked for a manufacturing and distribution company proving NetSuite support, applying and growing in knowledge, skill and experience simultaneously.

Brianne grew up working for her family business so her curiosity in business and how to run a business successfully developed very early on at a young age. From there, Brianne’s interest expanded her involvement with a variety of small business start-ups from travel agencies and non-profit agencies, to restaurants and international import and export of goods.

Her curiosity in understanding business led her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Business Management and Finance, and later a Master Degree in Information Systems.

When not at work, Brianne enjoys getting lost in movies, fishing and cooking.

Tom Armbruster

Senior Solutions Architect

Having spent the majority of his career building and managing development and technical support teams for a variety of small and mid-sized businesses in the hospitality and retail/eCommerce space, Tom has accumulated over 20 years of experience in information technology and management. With full participation in three separate company acquisitions, he has acquired a wealth of systems integration knowledge, both practical and theoretical. His experience has taught him through perseverance and persistence that every challenge does indeed have a solution.

Tom began his career in information technology as a database designer and developer, and quickly took on additional roles in network and desktop support at a large call center in Las Vegas, NV. After a short stint with a managed services organization, Tom spent over 11 years in the hospitality industry developing software on multiple platforms, designing and maintaining websites, and managing complex infrastructures. During this period, he was integral in the implementation of systems enhancements and policies to satisfy the introduction of PCI DSS compliance. In addition to payment cards, Tom has several years of experience in adherence to government standards related to systems and security required by entities such as the Federal Bureau of Reclamation and the Nevada State Gaming Control Board.

Prior to joining Protelo, Tom was the Director of Information Technology for Lumens Light and Living in Sacramento, where he was a driving force for implementing and integrating new technologies to help the startup evolve into a multi-million dollar e-commerce company, ranked in the top two among design-oriented retailers. Tom has extensive experience in a myriad of technologies, programming languages, and platforms including NetSuite, JavaScript, Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud), Java, ColdFusion, iSeries RPG/CL ILE, DB2, MS SQL, MySQL, C#, SOAP, Windows (Workstation and Server), XML, JSON, Web Services, IIS, Telephony, and Networks.

Sean Anderson

Business Consultant

Having spent his early years in the United States Army and managing a family restaurant, Sean exudes passion and structure in his work ethic. Sean spent the last two decades working in IT, most recently for the State of California. He was responsible for software deployment, asset management and procurement, and providing top quality service.   Sean brings to the Protelo team a valuable combination of his business acumen and customer service expertise in NetSuite consulting and IT support. He is committed to building strong relationships and providing great value to clients. He possesses excellent interpersonal skills and has a good sense of humor. Outside of Protelo, Sean enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Taylor Mercado

Senior Account Manager

Taylor joins Protelo as a business development representative. Her experience includes 10+ years in service industry management and customer service. Her breadth of experience includes management strategies, sales management, customer relations and training.

Taylor has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food from the California State University — Sacramento. Her skills with nutrition helped her attain and reflect knowledge in the restaurant industry. Achieving her degree also contributed to Taylor’s excellent skills in networking, organization and communication with others. She is a great communicator, helping her to address and collaborate with others well in order to produce effective outcomes for Protelo.

In her personal time, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend.

Jessica Bruce

Senior Technology Consultant

Jessica Bruce has over 20 years of information technology and business process development and has built a reputation as a consummate problem solver. Her technical expertise encompasses hands-on implementation of new systems and integrations, project management, requirements engineering and solution design across many different industries. From startups to decades-old technology companies looking to modernize and improve efficiency, Jessica has guided organizations through selection and implementation of ERPs, CRMs, iPaaS solutions and led projects to create new solutions for critical processes.

Jessica started her technical career as a start-up web developer in San Luis Obispo, CA but quickly became a technical manager and lead software engineer. Prior to joining Protelo, she held titles as an IT Manager, Systems/Network Administrator, Lead NetSuite Developer and Senior Web Developer. She entered the NetSuite world by implementing a replacement for an antiquated ERP system and has been a subject matter expert on NetSuite at every company she’s been since.

While not solving problems, Jessica is an avid reader, a writer of fantasy fiction, a gamer and loves to cook.

Jonathan McKee

Senior Account Manager

Jonathan joins Protelo as a Business Development Representative. His experience includes 30 years in the non-profit world working alongside local business and community leaders.

After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Communication at California State University in Sacramento, Jonathan began his career working for a local non-profit working with at-risk teenagers. He eventually began his own non-profit speaking and training to parents and leaders worldwide.

Jonathan has written over 25 books, including co-writing The New Breed: Understanding and Equipping the 21stCentury Volunteer, and Can I Have Your Attention?: Inspiring Better Work Habits, Focusing Your Team, and Getting Stuff Done in the Constantly Connected Workplace.

Outside of Protelo, Jonathan enjoys kayaking, hiking with his wife Lori, and spending time with their new grandson.

Leo Adisumarta

Senior Technology Consultant

Leo comes to Protelo with decades of experience working on software solutions for supply chain, distribution, order management, purchasing, warehouse management, inventory control, reporting, and forecasting.

His roles have included designing, developing, integration testing, leading development teams, and insuring high-quality delivered systems. Leo began his career working for International Business Systems (now known as Iptor) and spent the last 20 years working for Fidelitone, a Supply Chain Management firm.

Leo's experience has proven highly valuable for implementations and customizations of all sizes. Leo holds a Bachelor's degree in STMIK – Computer Information System, Jakarta and is fluent in ASW/IBS, ERP, AS/400, RPG, Complex SEQUEL reporting, SQL, Microsoft Dynamics, Aldon Change management systems, and more. On Leo's free time he likes to play badminton and watch movies.

CJ Lemerise

Project Coordinator

CJ joins the Protelo team with 13 years of wholesale distribution experience. Prior to joining Protelo, CJ worked in a variety of roles including data management, A/P, operations, purchasing, marketing, customer service and ERP administration.

CJ’s varied background has allowed him to develop a thorough understanding of wholesale distribution and the needs of businesses in similar industries. Additionally, working in so many different roles has helped him acquire a strong set of organizational skills required to complete multiple projects and achieve outstanding results.

Victor Rivera

Senior Business Consultant

Victor joins Protelo with over six years of experience in ERP consulting, working with NetSuite and various other ERP software. Victor’s interest in business led him to obtain a degree in Business Management and a minor in Accounting from Kent State University. As a lifelong learner, he particularly enjoys the flexibility of the NetSuite platform and solutioning to meet customer requirements.

Over the past few years, through work experience and obtaining NetSuite certifications, Victor has led a diverse set of implementation projects. His NetSuite skill set includes training users through process walkthroughs, company setup, csv imports, saved searches, reports, form customizations, custom fields, workflows, dashboards, and more.

In his free time, you can find Victor spending time with family and friends, watching a sporting event, or doing a project around the house. Victor’s favorite teams include the University of North Carolina Tar Heels, Cleveland Indians, and Miami Dolphins.

Graham Healy

Technology Consultant

Graham joins Protelo as a Technology Consultant. His prior experience has been in sales, customer service, and resolutions which then led him into computer science. Graham has compiled all of his knowledge and experience to develop programming skills within NetSuite. With Graham’s technical abilities and business sense, he is able to solve problems using technology while being very people-focused at heart.

Graham has a Master of Science in Economics and Computer Science from Drexel University, where he focused on machine learning, game theory, and macroeconomics.

In his free time, Graham enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with friends, and is always up for a good meal (especially Mexican food)!

Lynnette Falls

Account Manager

Lynnette brings over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting to Protelo working within various industries. She worked at a major tech company early on in her career and also has a background in Workforce Development and Human Resources. Lynnette’s Workforce Development background includes contributing to the development of support services for curriculum-aligned work-based learning opportunities for students while building partnerships with public and private sector industry partners, educators, schools, and community service providers.

She has managed various student internship programs, presented at local workforce development conferences, and has conducted various workshops and class lectures preparing students for the world of work. Lynnette has received numerous awards for her ability to successfully connect individuals to new work opportunities and has been responsible for putting hundreds of people to work in various stages of their career over the years.

At Protelo, Lynnette will oversee the recruiting efforts within the company while also contributing to future student development efforts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

When Lynnette is not at work, she enjoys time with her two boys, dancing, cooking/baking, hiking, going to the gym, and gardening.

Perry Vogel

Senior Technology Consultant

Perry Vogel joined Protelo as a Senior Technology Consultant. He is a southeast central native of North Dakota and long believed his career would lead him to California. Early on, Perry earned his spot at the International Science and Engineering Fair with a project that he wrote in assembly language. He earned an associate of science degree in computer information systems with formal training in RPG programming.

Perry started his career working as a lead developer of customer contract maintenance, lead analyst of customer service call center systems, and lead implementor of new technologies. Perry then spent fifteen years as the lead systems administrator responsible for all aspects of IBM i systems. During this tenure, Perry earned his IBM Certified Specialist Certifications and worked with IBM to help rewrite their certification exams.

Most recently, Perry worked seven years for Iptor, a supply chain management company that provides professional services and enterprise resource management software for distributors and wholesalers. He was the senior consultant responsible for clients in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Perry joined Protelo already having known and collaborated with his colleagues for over two decades. Being part of a team at a company that operates on honesty, transparency, and integrity is something that resonated with him as he volunteers in a youth organization preparing young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes. Perry is also a cofounder of a nonprofit organization focused on a specific bird species in the Dakotas tracking populations and trends with conservation and research efforts.

Outside of volunteering and work, you will find Perry on an adventure under the seas or over the mountains. He is an avid SCUBA diver, RVer, hiker, and cross-country skier. He and his wife make their home in North Dakota. Their adult son is an Eagle Scout, on his life journey, pursuing a computer science career.

Umair Sarwar

Senior Business Consultant

Umair comes to Protelo as Senior Business Consultant with double-sided experience in NetSuite, having worked both as an end-user and an administrator. He served multiple hands-on roles as part of the implementation team such as leading the data team and handling all cutover activities, being an SME for manufacturing and inventory, customizations, and end-user training as well as driving continuous improvement projects in inventory accuracy and supply chain management. Umair has worked in Operations and Engineering in managerial roles, bringing two years of experience in sheet metal, tube, and air tank manufacturing. Efficiency and accountability are something Umair tries to live and breathe through all services he provides. Umair graduated from Purdue University with a Master's and Bachelor’s in science, both in Mechanical Engineering. Umair’s research was on the theme of design and process improvement for vehicles, precisely using machine learning and data analytics to improve the safety of algorithms in autonomous vehicles by reading biological and physiological sensors and triggers in humans. Umair is from Pakistan originally and moved to the US when he was 17. He currently lives in Indiana with his wife. Umair is an avid traveler and has visited 28 counties and 32 states within the US. He is big into sports such as cricket, Formula 1, tennis, soccer, and squash (to play and watch). Umair enjoys cooking and making fusion recipes, as well as photography.

Ryan Skog

Technology Consultant

Ryan joins Protelo as a Technology Consultant after several years of teaching programming and web development through UC Davis. Prior to shifting his career to computer science, Ryan was an executive-level manager with Marriott International in Sacramento. His soft skills in resource management, emotional intelligence, and project planning contribute to his approach to technology and the people who use it.

Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Art from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. During his time there, he studied Intaglio and Lithographic Printmaking. As a lifetime learner, he also studied Computer Animation and Visual Effects through the Academy of Art in San Francisco, and Full Stack Web Development through the University of California – Davis, where he discovered a passion for computer programming, and teaching.

When not coding for work or pleasure, Ryan can be found riding bikes with his two daughters, curating his retro video game collection, planning his next road trip, or listening to Bob Uecker call the day’s Milwaukee Brewers game.

Duy Huynh

Technology Consultant

Duy joins Protelo as a Technology Consultant with technical skills in various programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python. Prior to joining the Protelo team, he worked at college campuses such Sacramento State University and UC Davis where he acquired invaluable soft skills such as communication, time management, emotional intelligence, problem-solving and critical thinking.

Duy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento with a focus in Software Engineering and Machine Learning. He loves helping people and always seeks to understand those he is helping. Duy’s goal is to utilize his technical skills as well as his soft skills to create a positive impact for the peers and clients he interacts with each and every day.

When not working, Duy enjoys watching movies/tv shows, spending time with family, playing video games with friends, and learning new things.

Konstantin Alekseev

Technology Consultant

Konstantin joins Protelo, taking a leap into the private sector after a twelve-year career with the Federal Government, where most recently he worked as a Technical Expert for the Social Security Administration. He got his technical knowledge from UC Davis and has various skills in web development tech like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Node.js, and React. Konstantin loves to serve people and is passionate about developing solutions that empower businesses and individuals to thrive.

 

As a lifelong student, striving to learn and grow in all aspects of life, Konstantin has a Master’s degree in Theology and a Bachelor’s degree in History. In his free time, Konstantin loves to go out on dates with his wife and spend time with their three daughters. He enjoys travel, movies, and the ever-growing culinary scene of the greater Sacramento area.

Patricia Stehr

Accounting/HR Administrator

Patricia Stehr joins Protelo as an Accounting/HR Administrator. She has spent the last 10 years with a Top 15 U.S. mortgage lender in the Finance/Treasury Department. Prior to that, Patricia’s experience included Customer Service Management, Insurance Claims Administration, and Accounting Specialist for a construction company. With her background in several areas of business, Patricia applies her knowledge and experience to support the operations and people of Protelo.

 

During her personal time, she loves watching her son play basketball, going on road trips, walking on the beach and watching SF Giants games.

 

Kurt Delap

Business Consultant

Kurt comes from a long career in operations management for a manufacturing and distribution company in his hometown of La Crosse, Wisconsin.

 

Kurt’s NetSuite experience started in 2013. He implemented NetSuite at his company and provided NetSuite administration duties for a single manufacturing subsidiary, and later took those responsibilities over companywide.

 

Kurt has experience in NetSuite data structure and various modules and customizations, primarily around the manufacturing and distribution verticals. He strives to provide a solid end-user perspective for his clients and the team.

 

In his free time, Kurt enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and boating in the summer, and tries to get in a round of golf whenever possible.

 

Tashina Wares

Account Manager

Tashina joins the Protelo team as a Business Development Representative.  Her background includes nearly two decades of customer service experience within the service and hospitality industries.

Tashina possess superior communication skills with a go-getter attitude. Tashina utilizes her organizational and time management skills to excel in her technology sales role. 

In her personal time, Tashina enjoys watching her daughter’s sporting events and spending time with her friends and family.

Jeffrey O'Neill

Senior Solutions Consultant

Jeff has spent his career enabling customers’ success on technical systems.  His experience has spanned many industries including healthcare, gaming, travel, retail and manufacturing.  Jeff spent over a dozen years working directly with Oracle NetSuite and helping customers transform their business.  He is now focused on leveraging his knowledge and experience to ensure the success of Protelo’s customers.   

 

In the past, Jeff has been lucky to live and work in Asia, Europe, Australia, and the USA and is an avid traveler.  In his personal time, he is a huge fan of the Detroit pro sports teams.  When not busy being a fan, Jeff enjoys hiking and many outdoor activities.

Brandy Johnson

Business Consultant

Brandy comes from a 10 year career supporting various manufacturing operations through accounting expertise. Prior roles include Controller and ERP administration, as well as managing AP, AR, monthly financial reporting, and inventory management.

Brandy’s NetSuite experience comes from leading a manufacturing company through implementation. She was responsible for ensuring all business processes from CRM to warehouse management were configured to leverage native functionality and customizations. Her passion is in learning the inner workings of a business and helping to facilitate efficiencies.

During her free time, you can find Brandy enjoying any activity that involves the outdoors with her husband and dogs.

Diane Grayson

Senior Account Manager

Diane comes to Protelo with an impressive three decades of experience in the field where she has established herself as a seasoned expert in driving business value through operational and financial performance using mid-market ERP solutions.

Diane has held various key roles throughout her illustrious career, such as playing a key role in building an early professional services team at Acumatica. She also authored and trained the Acumatica Implementation Methodology & Project Management Guidance course. Diane has been a practice owner and led various teams in a variety of areas, simply cementing her reputation as a versatile and accomplished professional in the mid-market ERP space.

In her most recent role as Senior Client Account Manager at Crestwood, a leading Acumatica partner, Diane continued to demonstrate her dedication to client success and satisfaction. Her extensive experience in supporting Acumatica customers coupled with the deep understanding of the intricacies of ERP solutions make her a valuable asset to our organization.

Iqra Harrison

Senior Business Consultant

Based out of Orlando, Florida, Iqra has accumulated over a decade of experience in the field of accounting, spanning various industries including Food and Beverage, Aviation, and Construction.  Making the transition from end-user to consultant three years ago was a pivotal moment, marking the discovery of her true passion.  With a keen eye for business process development and a knack for effective communication, Iqra specializes in building. valuable partnerships and driving standardization within the construction industry.  She has worked extensively with a wide range of construction trades, including but not limited to general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty trades such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Luke joins the Protelo team as a Marketing Coordinator, with five years of hospitality experience from the restaurant industry and holds a degree from Sacramento State University in Business Management and Marketing.

Luke has built his marketing knowledge through education at Sacramento State and is constantly keeping up with industry trends to put himself ahead. His eagerness to learn from experienced colleagues fuels his commitment to delivering top-notch results, ensuring that each project is delivered with quality.

Outside of the office , Luke spends his free time participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, paddleboarding, mountain biking, or in basketball and pickleball games. His greatest joy comes from spending quality time with loved ones.
